Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences's campus all-purpose card system aims to create a new, technologically advanced, stable, and practical "campus all-purpose card" platform. It aims to achieve integrated management of campus IoT construction and campus life and work, providing vigorous data and business support for the construction of a "smart campus". The system platform adopts the "scalable centralized transaction system" technical architecture to meet the business requirements of unified data management, centralized processing, secure and efficient communication, and rapid application expansion. The "All-purpose Account" system is used to manage various types of funds, effectively preventing the occurrence of imbalanced "card and cash situations". In offline scenarios, accounting transactions are utilized, and credit limits are set to control the transaction amounts. This system integrates all the financial consumption-related business systems across the whole campus, including online payment and mobile APP payment, and manages them centrally on a single platform. The use of card payments, online payments, and two-dimensional barcode payments is being implemented to cover various consumption services on campus, such as canteens, supermarkets, dining establishments, small shops, bathrooms, stadiums, computer rooms, libraries, etc. The goal is to gradually achieve a cashless transaction environment throughout the campus. The school information management system and the campus all-purpose card platform achieve synchronous sharing of identity recognition data, which can be authenticated through fingerprint, QR code scanning, facial recognition, and other methods, and achieve online and offline verification, such as libraries, dormitories, offices, computer rooms, sports venues, laboratories, etc. A payment platform should also be established to strengthen financial management, standardize the charging behavior, strictly control the use and management of bills, monitor the charging situation of various departments in the school, facilitate the life of teachers and students in the school, and facilitate the payment of fees by off-campus personnel, and it can be built into a new all-purpose card platform with convenient service as the goal.
